A Community of Individuals
At St. George’s, we work together to build an environment that welcomes, values and respects every member of our community regardless of age, ability, culture, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation and socio-economic background. Our domestic students hail from 31 states – from Alabama to Wyoming – including the District of Columbia. Fifteen percent of our students identify themselves as students of color. Sixteen percent of our students come to St. George’s from international families, representing 23 countries spread across the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. The diversity of perspectives students bring to campus makes classroom discussion both stimulating and educational. Outside of class, students share their identities, culture and traditions in the dorms, through the arts and in student clubs.
